Why I built Vecreal

I spent years managing construction projects across Canada, for GCs and as an owner-side PM: labs, tenant fit-outs, hospitals, schools, high-rises, complex renovations, and mission-critical infrastructure. I know what it is to carry a job where every day brings too many moving parts and too much context, with decisions that need judgement without a clear picture.

I’ve also built and led a 14-person software company in financial infrastructure: a second lens on how serious software gets built, deployed, secured, adopted, and improved. I led firm-wide AI implementation there, putting AI into real workflows as part of the operating system.

That combination is why I am building Vecreal: for PMs, leadership teams, and firms whose knowledge should become an asset the company compounds.
